Senator Rucker moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill No. 4925—A Bill to amend and reenact §18-2-25 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission; providing for participation by home schooled students in extracurricular activities; setting forth eligibility requirements for home schooled students to participate in extracurricular activities at member schools under certain circumstances; providing that member-to-member transfer protocols apply and providing that reasonable fees may be charged; and requiring the West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission to recognize certain preparatory athletic programs as nonparticipating members of the commission solely for the purpose of competing on the national level.
